Where We Work

Serving Albuquerque and beyond.

We are natives to this area. That means we know which neighborhoods hold their value, which ones are quietly changing, and what you should actually expect to pay.

Albuquerque

The heart of what we do. From bungalows in Nob Hill and the historic character of the near valley to the newer builds in the far Northeast Heights and the Westside, we know how these neighborhoods differ in price, feel, and how quickly they move.

Rio Rancho

One of the fastest growing communities in the state, and a favorite for buyers who want newer construction, larger lots, and more house for the money while staying close to Albuquerque.

Corrales

Village life just minutes from the city. Horse property, mature cottonwoods, acreage, and a genuinely tight community. This is a specialized market and pricing here rewards someone who knows it well.

Los Lunas

A small town family feel with real community roots, and one of our team lives here. Strong value for growing families and buyers who want space without giving up an easy commute.

East Mountains

Pines, elevation, and land. Tijeras, Edgewood, Cedar Crest, and the surrounding areas draw buyers who want acreage and quiet. Wells, septic, and access are all part of the conversation here, and we walk you through them.

Belen, Bosque & Jarales

Rural South Valley living along the river corridor. Larger parcels, agricultural land, and a slower pace, with prices that still surprise buyers coming from the metro.

Not On The List

Somewhere else in New Mexico?

These are the areas we work in most, but they are not a hard boundary. If you are buying or selling somewhere nearby, get in touch and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit or connect you with someone who is.

Ready When You Are

Let's talk about your move.

Tell us where you are looking or what you are selling, and we will give you a straight read on the market there.
